Our Founder Keith Brown spent 20 years at GE Aircraft Engines providing software expertise in a variety of technical, analytical, engineering and automation areas. In 1994 he left GE to form Millcliff Office Automation — now KB3 Technical Systems. He has the privilege of offering consulting and development services to a number of Cincinnati area businesses and organizations. He has broadened the reach of his company to the continental US, by virtue of the powerful virtual technologies.
His database and web based applications as well as other technical solutions are employed in a wide variety of industries and disciplines.
